I am a commercial and technology transactions attorney with a deep understanding of the legal challenges facing innovative businesses. After working for years at a top global law firm, I founded Byrne Technology Law to help companies with transactions when a high level of expertise is required, but the services of a large law firm are not cost effective. I am committed to navigating complex transactions to meet my clients' business needs in today’s fast-paced, dynamic environment. I hold a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and a B.S. in mathematics and modern language from Union College. I am admitted to practice in Massachusetts and am registered to practice with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. I also hold three privacy certifications (CIPP/US, CIPP/E, and CIPP/M) through the International Privacy Professional Association (IAPP).
